Some ways I follow a healthy diet for myself and my child is to try to eliminate outside foods. Eating and preparing food at home would make it more healthy than fast foods. Using oils that contain good fats such as Omega 3, Olive Oil, and Canola Oil, rather than
Coconut Oil,
Crescco, or Butter, which are the bad fats. By preparing my food at home I can reduce my risks of having diabetes, high-blood pressure, or obesity. I can choose to have my food fresh and not constantly
pre-heated. Giving my daughter slices of apples instead of cookies or carrots with peanut butter instead of chips, will make my daughter have a better eating habit. I will also reduce the consume of soda, pizza, and
hamburgers, so that i can live a long and healthy life.
